What services do you provide?

We provide roof inspections, repairs, replacements, gutter services, and skylight installation and repair. You can visit our individual service pages for more detailed information about each service.

Yes. We work with both homeowners and businesses. Tell us a little about your property and what you need, and we’ll let you know how we can help.

We serve Waterford, communities throughout Oakland County, and some surrounding areas. If you’re unsure whether your property is within our service area, contact us with your address.

Yes. We are a licensed and insured Michigan contractor. You’re always welcome to ask for current licensing and insurance information before your project begins.

Our team has more than 20 years of experience working on residential and commercial projects.

How do I get started?

Call us or fill out the contact form with a brief description of what you need. We’ll ask a few questions and schedule an on-site inspection when needed.

Yes. Free on-site inspections and estimates are available for qualifying projects. If you need a specialized report, certification, or another type of inspection, ask us when scheduling whether there is a fee.

We’ll look at the areas connected to your concern and check for visible damage, wear, or installation issues. After the inspection, we’ll explain what we found and walk you through your options.

Not always, but it can be helpful. Being there allows you to show us your concerns and ask questions. If you can’t attend, let us know so we can arrange access and share the findings with you afterward.

Yes. Your estimate will explain the recommended work and the expected cost. If anything is unclear, we encourage you to ask questions before approving the project.

No. An estimate outlines the proposed work and expected price. A contract is the final agreement that authorizes the work and includes important details such as the project scope, payment terms, and warranties.

How soon can you schedule my project?

It depends on the type of project, how urgent it is, crew and material availability, and the weather. We’ll offer the earliest available date and keep you updated if the schedule changes.

Same-day help may be available for urgent problems. Availability depends on your location, the weather, safety conditions, and the type of issue. Call us as soon as possible, and we’ll explain what can be done.

Every project is different. The timeline depends on the size and complexity of the work, the materials being used, the weather, and whether we discover hidden damage. We’ll give you an estimated timeline before work begins.

Some problems aren’t visible until existing materials are removed. If we find additional damage, we’ll explain the issue, discuss the best solution, and review any added costs with you before continuing.

Preparation depends on the project. You may need to move vehicles, secure pets, clear the work area, or protect fragile belongings. We’ll let you know exactly what to do before the crew arrives.

Usually, yes. However, construction can be noisy and may cause vibrations inside the building. Children, pets, people working from home, and anyone sensitive to noise may be more comfortable somewhere else during active work.

Before starting, we’ll look at the work area and determine what needs protection. This may include landscaping, siding, windows, driveways, and outdoor belongings.

You’ll have a point of contact for questions and updates. We’ll keep you informed about the schedule, progress, unexpected findings, and any decisions that require your approval.

Once the work is complete, our crew will remove project-related debris and clean the surrounding area. For roofing projects, this may also include checking the property for loose nails and leftover materials.

What payment methods do you accept?

We’ll explain the available payment methods and payment schedule before your project begins. These details will also be included in your written agreement.

Deposit requirements vary depending on the project. If a deposit is required, the amount and remaining payment schedule will be clearly listed in your contract.

Yes. We partner with Enhancify to offer financing options for eligible projects and qualified applicants. Rates, terms, and approval are determined by Enhancify, so please review the details carefully before choosing a financing option.

Yes. We can inspect and document visible damage, prepare an estimate, and communicate with your insurance adjuster when appropriate. Your insurance company will make the final decision about coverage and payment.

No. Coverage depends on your policy, deductible, the cause of the damage, and your insurance company’s assessment. We can help document the damage, but we can’t guarantee that a claim will be approved.

In most cases, property owners can choose their own contractor. Because policies can vary, it’s a good idea to confirm your options directly with your insurance provider.

Do you provide warranties?

Yes, but the specific coverage depends on the service and materials used. Your project may include a manufacturer’s material warranty, a workmanship warranty, or both. We’ll explain the available coverage before you approve the work.

A material warranty comes from the manufacturer and generally covers qualifying product defects. A workmanship warranty covers qualifying problems related to the installation. Each warranty has its own terms, coverage period, and exclusions.

Contact us as soon as possible. Share your name, property address, project details, and a description or photos of the concern. We’ll review the information and let you know what happens next.

Depending on the work completed, you may receive copies of your contract, invoices, warranties, product information, and other project records. Keep these documents somewhere safe in case you need them later.
